建大新闻网讯 11月3日下午，我校首届let’s Plus国际周第三场讲座在雁塔校区环境与市政工程学院举行。本次讲座由国际处主办，环境学院承办，邀请来自英国埃克塞特大学伏广涛教授为环境学院师生作题为“Global Resilience Analysis of Urban Water Systems”的学术报告。讲座以线上线下同步方式进行，相关专业领域教师及研究生代表约200人与会交流。讲座由王茹副教授主持。

环境学院副院长张海涵教授致欢迎辞，并就伏广涛教授的研究方向、学术成果等方面进行了介绍。

讲座中，伏广涛教授从当今世界的气候变化、人口增长及老龄化等多个因素谈及对城市水系统管理的影响。他介绍了城市水系统管理方面的概念，包括可靠性、韧性和可持续性，并在此基础上提出了理论框架，即Safe＆SuRe。全域韧性分析为其最主要的创新点，该分析提出了基于压力应变的方法。伏广涛教授结合城市水系统的实际案例形象具体地展示了该分析方法的特点。

讲座后，与会师生就报告中的相关问题与伏广涛教授进行了交流与探讨，与会人员表示收获颇多。本次学术讲座，为学院师生开展新的研究思路和方向提供了良好借鉴。

主讲人简介：

Guangtao Fu is professor of water intelligence at the Centre for Water Systems, University of Exeter, UK. He is a Turing Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute – the UK national institution of artificial intelligence and a fellow of the International Water Association (IWA). His research focuses on developing and applying new computer models, data analytics and artificial intelligence tools for urban water management. He has worked extensively on integrated modelling and real time control of urban water systems, impact assessment of green infrastructure and development of innovative solutions for sustainable and resilient water systems.
